Yay!!! new lense! What did you get? I want one! lol
Did you get the 24-70 sigma?
If so and youve used it...how is it?
Still havent decided canon or sigma....so confused...people keep telling me not to get the sigma

Yeah i am should be heaps fun! have you heard the support band, melodysey? they're pretty good!
its on its way, a tamron 17-50mm f2.8. Read heaps of reviews and everyone raves about it. I need a wide lens sooo bad its being doing my head in not being able to get full band shots at the smaller gigs. Its good for portraits too..
hmm i cant justify paying so much for a canon when the sigmas and tamrons are just as good..

Yeah I have they sound heaps good! And i like New Skinn too
hmm how much is that setting you back?
Coz i do want a wider lense but i wanna be able to zoom a bit too...kinda like my 50 mm plus minus a bit of width...
But even when you dont want full band shots...you still need to be wider...
I shot closure in moscow at ding dong...and it was packed out....was so damn close to the band had trouble focusing etc.. or just getting action shots...

um about $450 plus the lens cover and hood plus shipping plus insurance damit it!! so bout $540 or something...
yeah i just find the 50mm too dam close esp at places like ding dong..
I saw those pics they're great!! i like the masks!
Man that sounds like my night at the dingdong shooting tokyo police club. It was sold out and i couldnt get anywhere near the front, had to shoot from the sides. the security guard was being such an ass too...yarrggghh!
